We offer Semi-Private training for athletes ages 13+, youth training agts 8-12, and pitching/catching instruction for all ages. Our training programs are meticulously designed to unleash your potential on the baseball field, preparing you to dominate at the next level. If you’re 13 or older and looking for our semi-private training, click the link below to book your initial assessment and get started. Your initial assessment will consist of mobility testing, jump testing, and a dynamic baseline assessment to learn where you’re currently at as an athlete and make a plan to get you to your goals.

Whether you are at the start of your offseason, or you have a game in 3 hours, our team is prepared to put you through a training session designed for your needs. We treat all of our training programs as a “living blueprint”, which can be adjusted on a day to day, or even rep to rep basis using VBT technology to guarantee athletes achieve bigger results.

  • We always say Efficiency always wins, with our movement-first approach, you can be sure you’re seeing real progress each time you come in the door. Work in developing quality mechanics, velocity, command, and more in a private or small group setting. When teaching mechanics, we emphasize quality, efficient movement patterns to transfer energy from the ground to the baseball through the entire body, while working to minimize stress on the shoulder and elbow. There are many ways to develop velocity that can also increase injury risk, at BHPI, you can be confident you are developing the velocity you desire while preparing the body to handle the stresses of high velocity pitching to stay healthy over the course of a long career.

  • BHPI Youth training meets three times weekly in the BHPI Velo Garage and is training designed for 8-12 year old athletes looking to build an athletic foundation and get ready “hit the ground running” in the weight room as they grow older and develop. In these sessions, we teach foundational movement patterns such as the squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, and carry, in a fun, competitive environment. Prepare your child for long term athletic success and a healthy lifestyle beyond sports in BHPI Youth Training, in an environment that gives your child a positive perspective on exercise for life. (We are big believers exercise should never be viewed as a punishment, rather a positive aspect in our lives!)
