Pricing:

Gate Fee: (Weekend Passes Only)  

Adults - $15 per person

Children 6-12 & Adults 65+ - $10 per person

Children 6 and Under are Free

Time limits:

Pool Play - 65 minute time limit; revert back 

Bracket Play - 65 minute time limit; finish the inning

Championship Game - 70 minute time limit; finish the inning

Mercy Rules:  

12 runs after 3 innings,10 runs after 4 innings, 8 runs after 5 innings.

Tournament Rules:  

USSSA Rules apply.

TURF FIELDS (NO METAL CLEATS)

Additional Rules:

No infield fly rule.
Ties can happen in pool play, if in bracket play International Tie-Breaker (1 out, runner starts on 2nd, 1-1 Count)
If the ball gets under the net, Runners will advance 1 base
Tie breakers  head to head (2 teams only) Runs Allowed, Runs Scored.
Courtesy runner is last batted out
Home team keeps the official scorebook
Ball is live if it hits the top net
Home and visitor are established by a coin flip in pool play, higher seed chooses during bracket play
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parents arguing with the umpires.  If a fan gets thrown out, so does the coach.

Tournament Cancellation Policy

No Games 75% refund

1 Game 50% refund

2 Games no refund

If you enter and the entire tournament is cancelled due to rain or some other unforeseen event, we will issue your efund by e-check.  One-half (1/2) of your paid entry fee will be refunded.  The other one-half (1/2) of your paid entry fee will be non-refundable, due to pre-tournament incurred expenses.  The non-refundable amount may increase at the sole discretion of the tournament directors, depending upon incurred costs for that tournament.
*If you withdraw from the tournament for any reason, after the payment due date has expired your fees will be totally non-refundable.
